2. Transportation Charges on Returns

For eligible customer-initiated returns, a ₹100 transportation charge will be deducted from the eligible refund amount to cover transportation and logistics expenses incurred by Milk and Meadows.

This charge will apply where permitted by applicable law and where the return terms have been communicated to the customer before purchase.

3. Damaged, Spoiled, or Incorrect Products

If a customer receives a damaged, spoiled, defective, or incorrect product, they should contact our customer support team as soon as possible and provide relevant order details and, where appropriate, photographs of the product.

Such cases will be reviewed individually and resolved in accordance with our quality standards and applicable consumer protection laws. The ₹100 transportation deduction will not automatically apply to these cases.

4. Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed after the returned product or claim has been reviewed, as applicable. For eligible customer-initiated returns, the applicable ₹100 transportation charge will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method, subject to the payment provider's processing timelines.

Customers who wish to cancel an order should contact our customer support team as early as possible. Cancellation eligibility may depend on whether the order has already been prepared, dispatched, or delivered.

Any applicable cancellation charges will be communicated transparently and applied in accordance with applicable law.
